Job Description

We are seeking an experienced solicitor with a strong background in Private Client law to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' PQE and a proven track record of success in managing a mixed caseload, including:

  • Wills
  • LPAs
  • Setting up and administration of trusts
  • IHT advice
  • Wealth protection

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice to business owners and high-net-worth individuals, including:

  • Wills and estate planning
  • Trusts and tax planning
  • Wealth protection and preservation
  • Succession planning

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and specialist legal software
  • A keen ambition to enhance the department's growth and contribute to the firm's success
