Job Title: Salon Account Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Salon Account Manager to join our team at Revlon. As a Salon Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with our salon partners, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with salon owners, managers, and stylists to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Provide product training and education to salon partners to ensure they are equipped to sell and use our products effectively.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market demands to ensure Revlon remains competitive and innovative.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of sales experience in the beauty or haircare industry.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and increasing market share.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with salon partners.
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to provide effective training and education to salon partners.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Complementary sales training desirable.
  • User computer skills.
  • Full Driving License.
