Job Summary:
Vistry Group seeks a skilled Senior Land Manager to identify, acquire, and manage land assets. This role involves negotiating with landowners, procuring technical information, and preparing land approval packs. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality results and meet business objectives.

Key Skills:
To succeed in this role, you should have a degree in a relevant field, excellent negotiation and networking skills, and a proven track record of buying land. You should also have a good understanding of legal obligations, planning authorities, and residual valuations for land appraisals. Additionally, you should be computer literate, able to use Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to a good standard, and possess a methodical approach to working practices.
