Job Summary

Rybrook is seeking an experienced vehicle technician to work at their franchised Bentley dealership in High Wycombe. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in vehicle maintenance and repairs, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform service and advanced diagnostic repair work on Bentley motor cars, ensuring all work is carried out to the highest standard.
  • Analyse job cards to understand a vehicle's condition and identify any additional faults that require attention.
  • Document completed job cards, accurately recording hours and materials used.
  • Drive and road test vehicles in a safe and professional manner, ensuring all safety standards are met.
  • Diagnose all faults and liaise with the After Sales Manager to determine any potential delays in completing the work.
  • Test vehicles and provide a diagnostic report to the Service Advisor, communicating with all relevant areas of the business.
  • Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with industry safety standards, manufacturer policies, and dealership procedures.
  • Apply all health, safety, and environmental policies, maintaining a clean and organized working area.

Requirements

  • NVQ level 3 or above in vehicle maintenance and repairs.
  • Experience in the Motor Trade and a current MOT licence.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of workmanship.
