Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced project manager to join our team in Oxfordshire. As a Senior QS, you will be responsible for delivering large civil engineering contracts. The ideal candidate will have HNC/HND/BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent experience, and a good working knowledge of NEC4 contracts.
Project Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for valuations, remeasurement of drawings, change control, subcontractor procurement, and monthly commercial reporting. You will also be required to provide cash flow forecasts, update risk registers, and resolve disputes. The estimated salary for this role is £65,000 - £85,000 per annum.
