Senior Compliance Counsel Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Compliance Counsel to join our team in High Wycombe, UK. As a key member of our legal team, you will provide legal support to our J&J Innovative Medicine UK & Ireland business in all legal matters, both strategic and reactive.

Responsibilities
  1. Draft and negotiate contracts to support the reimbursement of our products by NHSE or private healthcare providers or insurers.
  2. Advise on competition law questions and public procurement law questions.
  3. Support internal Healthcare Compliance and Business Compliance functions.
  4. Assist with management of disputes and litigation.
  5. Provide legal support in relation to the implementation of product divestitures.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of relevant legal experience in a well-recognized law firm or international company.
  • Experience in dealing with commercial law issues.
