Your Impact

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented professional to join our Global Product Strategy team within our Asset Management business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the strategic roadmap for ETFs, as well as the end-to-end product design, development, launch, and ongoing oversight for ETFs in partnership with the broader Global Product Strategy team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and communicate ETF product proposals and strategic ETF platform updates for senior management, boards, and internal governance committees.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to prioritize and efficiently execute on new ETF product ideas that leverage the firm's investment capabilities and best thinking, drive scale, and address meaningful and measurable client demand.
  • Technical project management of new product design and structuring, changes to existing ETFs, evaluating, and identifying conversion opportunities, as well as helping drive and oversee infrastructure requirements for broad ETF product initiatives.
  • Owning the ongoing product management to ensure the ETF product suite remains competitive, is properly positioned to address commercial growth opportunities, and in compliance with latest regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, CFA or MBA preferred, 10+ years of financial industry experience.
  • SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 licenses are required (and will be sponsored by the firm if not already completed).
  • In-depth knowledge of the ETF industry, client channels, capital markets, vehicle mechanics, and infrastructure requirements through previous experience in ETF product management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.
  • Strong project management and interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with others across all levels and functions.
