Job Summary

MTS Cleansing Services is seeking an experienced HGV Class 2 driver to join our team as a drainage engineer. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating specialist jetting and vacuum tankers, attending emergency call-outs, and ensuring the safe and efficient collection and disposal of controlled waste.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive and operate specialist jetting tankers, including Super Suction Jetting Tankers and Combination Jetting Tankers
  • Drive and operate specialist vacuum tankers, including 2k, 3k, 4k, and 6k units
  • Attend emergency call-outs to deal with sewer blockages, flooding, and pollution
  • Collect and dispose of controlled waste
  • Dispose of liquid waste
  • Work on private and public land, adhering to statutory health, safety, and environmental procedures
  • Conduct vehicle checks at the start and finish of each shift

Requirements

  • Valid HGV Class 2 license
  • Experience in operating specialist jetting and vacuum tankers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to emergency call-outs
  • Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental procedures
