We are seeking an exceptional Clinical Workforce Development Manager to join our thriving Faculty of Healthcare, Childcare and Public Services. This newly created role will play a crucial part in developing the clinical workforce of the future for our region.

As a Clinical Workforce Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing the clinical curriculum at all levels within the faculty, with a particular emphasis on our Higher Technical Education. This includes the FdSc Assistant Practitioner programme and the upcoming Nursing Associate qualification.

You will work closely with our NHS and healthcare partners to ensure full collaboration and manage the work of a team of dedicated placement officers. Your significant experience in Healthcare, coupled with a recognised teaching qualification, makes you an ideal candidate for this role.

The successful candidate will join our experienced Faculty Management Group, which is committed to working collaboratively and sharing best practice. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced clinical practitioner to contribute to the clinical workforce development through education and develop their career in an Ofsted Outstanding College.

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
