About the Role

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Team Member to join our Mecca Bingo team in Sheffield. As a Team Member, you will be the face of our venue, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have an unforgettable experience.

Key Responsibilities

As a Team Member, you will be responsible for:
  • Providing outstanding customer service and ensuring that our customers feel welcome and valued
  • Working across all sections of the venue, including the bar, restaurant, and gaming areas
  • Assisting with the preparation and serving of food and drinks
  • Maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers
  • Working collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
