As a key member of the Grace team, you will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and coaching a stable team of internal sales representatives and coordinators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and track key performance indicators to enhance team capabilities and sales performance.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide targeted support to enhance team capabilities.
  • Foster strong relationships between the internal sales team and other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Create and analyze reports to review sales performance and take action to drive improvements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer service or sales, with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • An analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills to lead and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.

What We Offer:

  • Salary from £45,000 plus performance-related bonus structure.
  • Life assurance x4 salary, private health insurance, pension scheme, and free parking.
  • 22 days of holiday plus bank holidays, with additional days between Christmas and New Year.
  • After 5 years of service, your holiday entitlement increases to 25 days.
