About the Role
This Sales Enablement Representative role is ideal for a highly motivated, results-driven individual with a passion for sales and business development. You will be responsible for driving our growth by identifying and generating new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Develop strategies to generate new business leads through cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking events.
- Prospecting: Qualify inbound leads and convert them into discovery meetings booked.
- Pitching & Positioning: Effectively communicate the value proposition of Swap's products and services to potential customers.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers through consistent follow-up and value-added communication.
- Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to effectively position Swap in the marketplace.
Requirements
- 6+ months experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably within the tech or e-commerce industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and business growth.
Salary Range:$65,000 - $85,000 per annum, based on performance and experience.
