Job Description

As a Senior Client Support Executive at Kainos, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer support services to our global client base. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a remote team environment. You will also have a strong understanding of customer service principles and be able to apply them in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing high-quality customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Working closely with customers to resolve issues and provide solutions.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure their ongoing satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to identify and implement process improvements.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technical support environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Desirable Skills

Prior experience in software development, business analysis, or quality assurance/test consulting environments would be beneficial. Additionally, knowledge of manual and automated testing would be an asset.

About the Role

This is a full-time position based in [Location]. The salary range for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include a comprehensive health insurance package, retirement plan, and generous paid time off.
