About the Role:

Centrick is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of developments in Worcester & South Birmingham, ensuring that all properties comply with health and safety regulations, and providing exceptional customer service to residents and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of developments in Worcester & South Birmingham
  • Manage the full lifecycle of buildings, including setting initial yearly budgets and agreeing year-end accounts
  • Manage all major works, including coordinating contractors and ensuring that all properties comply with health and safety regulations
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and clients, including managing all resident and client enquiries and attending resident meetings
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that all properties are well-maintained and meet the required standards

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar property management role
  • Ability to form excellent professional relationships with residents and clients
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately on IT systems
  • Professional property qualification or working towards one
