Our ApproachWe pride ourselves on offering a range of care services on one site through our five purpose-built Houses. Our friendly team, vibrant décor, excellent food, and engaging activities programme create a sense of community, giving Hill View its unique character.
Responsibilities- Respect Residents' dignity and privacy
- Provide high-quality person-centred support to enable Residents to be as independent as possible
- Work collaboratively with Residents and families to deliver person-centred care
- Support with all aspects of personal care, including feeding, toileting, and bathing
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for each Resident
