Job Title: ServiceNow Developer Lead

At BSI, we are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer Lead to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Digital Workplace team, you will be responsible for leading our ServiceNow development team in delivering high-quality solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.


As a ServiceNow Developer Lead, you will be responsible for providing technical guidance and mentorship to our ServiceNow development team members. You will also ensure that development work is completed on time and to a high standard, working closely with project managers, functional consultants, and other teams to ensure that development work is aligned with business requirements.


The ideal candidate will have substantial experience working with ServiceNow, with a strong background in ServiceNow Integration and Scripting. You will be proficient in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the ServiceNow development team members.
  • Ensure that development work is completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Work closely with project managers, functional consultants, and other teams to ensure that development work is aligned with business requirements.
  • Provide technical support to other teams and help resolve technical issues.
  • Hands-on delivery of change requests for ServiceNow modules.

To be successful in the role, you will have:


  • Substantial experience working with ServiceNow.
  • Experience with ServiceNow Integration especially with service graph connectors.
  • Demonstrates capability of proactive end-to-end ownership of product delivery including delivery to estimates, robust hosting, smooth release management, and consistency in quality.
  • Demonstrating in-depth knowledge and experience working with workflows in one or more key areas of the ServiceNow platform (e.g., ITSM, CSM, ITOM, SecOps).
  • Strong experience in Scripting and ServiceNow APIs.
  • Good knowledge of JavaScript.
