We are seeking a skilled MOT Tester/Technician to join our team at IN n OUT Autocentres, where we pride ourselves on providing high-quality vehicle servicing and repairs. As a MOT Tester/Technician, you will be responsible for conducting thorough vehicle inspections and tests to ensure that our customers' vehicles meet the required standards. You will also be expected to provide exceptional customer service, working closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
We are looking for a team member who is flexible, has great communication and customer service skills, and is committed to our ethos of providing quality service, transparent pricing, and convenience to our customers. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and tests to ensure that our customers' vehicles meet the required standards
- Provide exceptional customer service, working closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Work efficiently and effectively to meet deadlines and targets
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair techniques
Requirements:
- Automotive service and MOT experience: 2 years (minimum)
- Full driving licence
- Level 3 light vehicle maintenance and repair qualification
- Class 4/7 MOT licence
