Special Needs Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated Special Needs Support Worker to join our team at an outstanding Primary School in Ealing. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils with SEMH needs.
The ideal candidate will be a recent Psychology Graduate looking to gain experience in a Primary School setting. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a supportive and inclusive environment.
About the Role:- SEMH Teaching Assistant role working with pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis.
- Supporting pupils with Social Emotional Mental Health needs.
- Developing and implementing personalized learning plans.
- Collaborating with teachers and other support staff to ensure effective pupil support.
- Recent Psychology Graduate or equivalent qualification.
- Experience working with children with SEMH needs (desired).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
An attractive salary of approximately £25,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.
