Established in Norwich, G2 Legal Limited is a dynamic legal practice with opportunities for growth and expansion. We are seeking an experienced Head CRM to lead our Residential Conveyancing team.
A competitive salary of £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, reflecting the skills and expertise required for this role, is on offer. In addition, hybrid working options provide flexibility and work-life balance.
We are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious conveyancer with experience in managing staff and conducting performance reviews. A strong ambassador for the Residential Conveyancing team, you will be responsible for the growth and management of the team, as well as handling complex caseloads and regulatory matters.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- a minimum of 5 years' PQE experience (CILEx, Licenced Conveyancer or Solicitor)
- ability to act as an ambassador for the Residential Conveyancing team
- experience in managing staff and conducting performance reviews
- interest in using technology to improve the client experience
