Deputy Head of Physical Education

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Deputy Head of PE to lead our KS4 PE department at Holmer Green Senior School. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the development of our PE curriculum and ensuring that our students receive a high-quality education in physical education.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading and managing a team of PE teachers, as well as experience in curriculum development and implementation. You will be responsible for ensuring that our PE department is well-organized, efficient, and effective in delivering high-quality teaching and learning.

Key responsibilities:
- Lead the KS4 PE department and develop a high-quality curriculum
- Manage a team of PE teachers and ensure effective teaching and learning
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for PE
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of PE provision
- Contribute to the development of the school's overall curriculum and educational vision
