We're seeking a dynamic Care Team Leader to join our team at Kimberley Court in Newquay. As a key member of our care team, you'll be responsible for ensuring our residents receive top-notch care consistently.
Your role will involve overseeing shifts, managing staff assignments, conducting medication procedures, conducting care assessments, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You'll work closely with the Deputy Manager to achieve our care goals and foster a culture of success within our care team.
