We are seeking an HR Administrator to join our team at Equals One Ltd. As a key member of our HR department, you will provide essential support to all staff across both companies, from recruitment and onboarding to the leaver process.
Key Responsibilities- Update policies and procedures as necessary.
- Deal with first-line queries from management and staff.
- Process employee departures.
- Administer the holiday software system, Action Time Connected.
- Prepare letters for disciplinary, grievance, and performance matters.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role.
- Experience working in a small to medium-sized enterprise (SME) environment.
- CIPD Level 3 qualification desirable.
- Valid UK driving license.
- 23 days' holiday + all England public holidays.
