About the Role

We are seeking an HR Administrator to join our team at Equals One Ltd. As a key member of our HR department, you will provide essential support to all staff across both companies, from recruitment and onboarding to the leaver process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Update policies and procedures as necessary.
  • Deal with first-line queries from management and staff.
  • Process employee departures.
  • Administer the holiday software system, Action Time Connected.
  • Prepare letters for disciplinary, grievance, and performance matters.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Experience working in a small to medium-sized enterprise (SME) environment.
  • CIPD Level 3 qualification desirable.
  • Valid UK driving license.
