Merchandising Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Merchandising Specialist to join our team in the Merthyr Tydfil area. This is a seasonal role based on a 10-hour weekly schedule, with hours split across Monday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.

The ideal candidate will have experience in merchandising, retail, or customer service, with a passion for delivering great standards and service to clients. They will be confident using a company tablet to download briefs, take photos, and answer questions about their tasks.

This role involves restocking and organising products on shelves and displays, setting up promotional displays and signage, and providing accurate and timely feedback and photos to client account teams. A full UK driving licence and access to a car are necessary for this position.

As a Merchandising Specialist with eXPD8, you will be an integral part of a field-based retail merchandising team working on behalf of exciting household name brands. You will be responsible for ensuring fixtures are set up effectively, products and promotions are displayed attractively, and shelves are well-stocked.

Based on industry standards and the location of the role, we estimate the salary for this position to be around £25,000-£30,000 per annum.
