About the Role

Soha Housing is undergoing a pivotal phase of digital transformation, aiming to modernise the way we serve our residents and streamline our internal processes. As a key member of our Development Team, you will report to our Senior Project Manager and Development Team Lead and work alongside another developer to drive the ongoing development and enhancement of our Housing Management Solution, Aareon QL, as well as other modern solutions to meet the organisation's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Development Efforts: Take the lead in developing and enhancing our Housing Management Solution, Aareon QL, in line with project goals and timelines.
  • Project Management: Work with project stakeholders to define requirements, milestones, and success criteria, and oversee all aspects of project delivery from initiation to completion.
  • Integration and Migration: Lead the integration of our new repair Scheduling Solution, Total Mobile, and work toward migrating our Housing Management Solution to a modern cloud alternative.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on Soha's digital transformation initiatives, and provide insights and recommendations for process improvements supported by data and customer feedback.
  • Technical Expertise: Develop solutions using Microsoft Power Platform as required, and ensure compliance with data governance and security protocols, particularly within cloud environments.
Requirements
  • Advanced Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in SQL and API integrations.
  • Microsoft Power Platform: Good understanding of Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Apps, Power Automate, and PowerBI.
  • Total Mobile: Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Total Mobile.
  • Communication and Documentation: Exceptional communication skills, capable of clearly articulating project scopes and updates, and strong skills in documentation and change management.
  • Organisational and Project Management: Strong organisational and project management skills, and a collaborative approach aimed at achieving organisational goals.
Desirable Skills
  • Housing Sector Experience: Prior experience in the housing sector.
  • Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with agile project management methodologies.
  • Project Delivery: A track record of successful project delivery in a dynamic environment.
  • Housing Based Technological Solutions: Knowledge of other Housing based Technological Solutions.
