Document Controller

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Controller to join our team. As a key member of our project coordination team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of documents and information throughout the project lifecycle.

• Manage and maintain project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports
• Establish and implement document control procedures and systems
• Coordinate and facilitate document distribution and storage
• Track and chase outstanding RFIs and technical submittals
• Log and maintain project records, including site instructions and CVIs
• Support project coordination and administration tasks, including setting up site records folders and maintaining project directories

• 2-3 years of experience in document control or a related field
• Proficiency in Aconex or similar document control systems
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
