As a program manager at Renesas Electronics, you will be responsible for planning, designing, executing, and monitoring every aspect of multiple projects in scope. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting program planning activities, managing the execution of resources and deliverables according to plan, and identifying resource issues and constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of projects.
  • Manage project resources, including budget planning and cost management.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring the successful completion of projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Communicate project progress and issues to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with project objectives.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in system project management, preferably in HR Systems implementation.
  • Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management across cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated expertise in creating and maintaining project deliverables, including project charters, project management plans, status reports, and project timesheets.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least one of the following certifications: Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, project management, or design thinking.
