Join Our Team as a Bid Analysis Manager

Fawkes and Reece is seeking a highly skilled Bid Analysis Manager to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for managing the production of all company submissions, including tender quality proposals, pre-qualification proposals, expression of interest proposals, and customer information documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the production of all company submissions, ensuring they meet the highest quality standards.
  • Support the procurement process by providing market intelligence and assisting with reality checks, interviews, presentations, and provision of information.
  • Gather and develop information relating to specific tenders, projects of interest, long-term opportunities, and market procurement developments.
  • Set up and maintain a best practice library of company submissions, competitor information, performance case studies, procurement/market developments/success/conversion rates.
  • Provide information as required to the Client's procurement knowledge centre.
  • Provide efficient feedback to the Business Development and Marketing Manager as required.

Requirements:

  • Ability to structure and write bid responses, writing structured answers to questions and coordinate the bid process.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Experience in bid management and writing.
