We are currently recruiting an experienced Part-time Barista to join our team at Defence. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering first-class service and perfectly crafted coffees to our customers.

Your shift pattern will include Monday to Friday evenings and Saturdays. You will also have the opportunity to progress within a company that invests in its people and rewards employees who go beyond the plate.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing perfectly blended drinks and serving high-quality food
  • Keeping the bar area clean and tidy
  • Receiving and processing payments
  • Being an enthusiastic team player and excellent communicator

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £21,000 - £26,000 per annum, depending on experience.
