Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Department to lead our Commercial Property team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) and a proven track record of managing teams, developing client relationships, and driving departmental growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Commercial Property team, providing guidance and mentorship to junior lawyers and support staff.
