Financial Planning Assistant

**About the Role**

We are partnering with a boutique, chartered financial planning firm located in the UK. As a growing and dynamic practice, they are seeking an ambitious individual with a foundational knowledge of financial planning, who is eager to progress into a Trainee Paraplanner role, with the potential to advance into a Trainee Advisor position.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Onboard new clients and support in servicing existing clients
* Support a financial advisor in client meetings
* Send letters of authority
* Liaise with product providers
* Work closely with other administrators, paraplanners, and advisers
* General administration duties such as email management

**Career Development**

The ideal candidate will have an IFA admin background; however, our client will consider someone from a bank or restricted advice background. A desire to complete their level 4 with the CII and progress into a trainee PP or advisor role, eventually becoming Chartered.
