We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our residential lettings team as a Trainee Estate Agent. As a Trainee Estate Agent, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in the field of residential lettings and progress to a Lettings Negotiator role within our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and book valuations for properties
  • Conduct property viewings and negotiate agreements
  • Agree lets and progress let's through to exchange and completion

Requirements

  • Preferably an experienced sales person with a strong track record of success
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
