We are seeking a skilled Chef De Partie to join our team at Gather & Gather. As a key member of our culinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional food and service to our customers.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented chef to run a specific part of the kitchen, ensuring dishes are cooked to the highest standards and meeting our quality expectations. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking dishes following recipes, maintaining consistency and presentation.

You will also guide and support junior staff members to ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen. Additionally, you will be responsible for tracking supplies, ordering what's needed, and ensuring food is stored properly to minimize waste.

What We Offer

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary of £30,000 per annum, paid bi-weekly. Our working pattern includes 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with some weekends (10:30am-07:00pm). You will also receive 40 working weeks per year, providing a great work-life balance.
