About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at Hollywood Bowl Group. As a Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Centre Manager in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Centre Manager in leading a high-performing team to deliver financial targets and service standards
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with the Centre Manager to drive business growth and profitability
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Ensure the centre is a fun and safe environment for customers and team members
Requirements
  • Management experience in the leisure, hospitality, or retail industry
  • Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability
  • Ability to coach and develop large teams
  • Willingness to work nights and weekends
