Job Title: Ad-Hoc Secondary Teachers

Job Type: Flexible ad-hoc work

Salary: £120-£160 per day

We are working with secondary schools in the Bradford area who require day-to-day Secondary Teachers. This cover can be needed for various reasons including emergency sickness and/or scheduled absences.

About this Role:

This opportunity is ideal for individuals seeking flexible, part-time work in secondary education. As an ad-hoc Secondary Teacher, you will play a vital role in delivering the curriculum and enhancing the learning experience for students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Planning, preparing and delivering lessons to students across KS3 and KS4, depending on prior experience and specialist subject expertise.
  • Marking and assessing students' work, supporting and guiding them to help them achieve their academic goals.
  • Managing classroom behaviour.
Requirements:
  • Applicants must have a QTS.
  • An ambitious individual that is passionate about helping students achieve their full potential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Willingness to go above and beyond to ensure all children are happy and successful.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
