As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a vital role in improving the quality and safety of care delivered to patients across our practice.

Your key responsibilities will include ensuring regular medication audits are carried out, monitoring and reviewing key performance indicators, and assisting in the delivery of medicines optimisation and management incentive schemes. You will also work closely with local pharmacies and provide expertise to address both public health and social care needs of patients.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of pharmacy practice and be able to work within your professional boundaries. You will also need to be computer literate and able to use the required GP clinical systems and Microsoft Office packages.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Ensure regular medication audits are carried out and key performance indicators are monitored and reviewed

**Requirements:**

* General Pharmaceutical Council Registration
* NVQ Level 3 Pharmacy skills
* 4 GCSE's at Grade C or above (or equivalent qualification) in English, Mathematics, and Science subjects
* Experience of working as a qualified registered pharmacy technician in primary care, community, or hospital pharmacy
