Job Title: Fire Door Installation Specialist

At Randstad CPE, we are seeking a skilled Fire Door Installation Specialist to join our team in Reading. As a Fire Door Installation Specialist, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of fire doors in a critical environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, maintain, and repair fire doors to meet safety standards and regulations.
  • Conduct regular inspections and assessments of fire doors.
  • Ensure accurate fitting and alignment of fire doors and associated hardware.
  • Work closely with other team members to complete projects on time.
  • Provide expert advice and recommendations on fire door safety and compliance.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a carpenter, with specific expertise in fire doors.
  • Strong knowledge of fire safety regulations and standards.
  • Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication skills and a professional attitude.
  • Enhanced DBS check required due to the critical environment.
