Mobile Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Service Technician to join our team at Nationwide Platforms. As a Mobile Service Technician, you will be responsible for the fault-finding, servicing, repairs, and maintenance of a range of powered access equipment within the depot and on customer sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Fault-finding, servicing, repairs, and maintenance of powered access equipment
  • Routine service and maintenance of all equipment and products
  • Completing relevant supporting paperwork in line with company procedures
  • Promoting teamwork between colleagues across all depots
  • Ensuring the van is fully equipped with spare parts at all times
  • Maintaining and updating service records onto systems and daily worksheets
About You:
  • Relevant general maintenance qualification and proven experience gained within the plant rental sector
  • Experience in plant, diesel engineering, auto electrics, hydraulics, and diagnostics/fault finding
  • Good interpersonal skills and a good understanding of the importance of excellent customer service
