Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with professionals to provide specialist advice and support to patients and their families.
- Assess, plan, and implement management plans for patients with Endometriosis and related issues.
- Manage complex clinical situations and provide guidance, supervision, and training to peers and junior staff members.
- Develop and implement service improvements to ensure patients receive sustainable high-quality care.
- Participate in clinical audits and analysis of results to aid development of the service.

Essential Requirements- First-level Nursing Midwifery Registration.
- Mentorship Course/SLAIP/Silver Assessors Course Essential.
- Current clinical skills within the Endometriosis service.
- Evidence of effective team working.
- Ability to manage own caseload and seek support or advice when required.
- Competent in trust safeguarding policies and procedures.
- Demonstrate alignment with the values and beliefs of the Trust.
- Degree in healthcare-related subject.
