About the Role

You will work closely with our team to develop and implement strategies that promote equality and diversity, provide training and support to employees, and collaborate with colleagues to identify areas for improvement in our recruitment and retention processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote equality and diversity
  2. Conduct training sessions and workshops on equality and diversity issues
  3. Collaborate with HR to review and improve our recruitment and retention processes

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years' experience in a similar role or related field
  • Strong knowledge of equality and diversity laws and regulations
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills

Estimated Salary Range:

£42,000 - £52,000 per annum
