As a key member of the Property & Revenue Finance team at Project People, you will play a vital role in maintaining financial integrity and contributing to overall business success.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive learner with a passion for numbers and a commitment to excellence, with a strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing revenue assurance processes to minimize revenue leakage and ensure compliance with the master services agreement.
  • Performing weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue assurance tests to ensure systematic execution.
  • Analyzing data from multiple sources to identify discrepancies and suggesting corrective actions.
  • Investigating and resolving revenue-related issues promptly.
  • Updating documentation regularly to reflect changes or updates in revenue assurance processes.
  • Providing recommendations for process improvements to enhance revenue.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline revenue processes and improve efficiency.
  • Conducting regular audits of financial data to identify errors or inconsistencies.

Requirements include:

  • Part-qualified CIMA/ACCA with relevant experience.
  • Experience working with ambiguous data from multiple sources.
  • A grasp of financial accounting to accurately interpret data influences on financial outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Ability to work accurately to deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
