Nursery Room Manager

As a Nursery Room Manager at Tops Day Nurseries, you will be responsible for creating a safe and engaging environment for children to learn and develop. Your primary duties will include planning and delivering age-appropriate learning activities, creating stimulating environments, and ensuring individual learning plans are developed to meet the needs of each child.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver age-appropriate learning activities that support the developmental needs of the children.
  • Create stimulating environments with engaging activities that encourage children's curiosity and development.
  • Ensure individual learning plans are developed to meet the needs of each child.
  • Set up activities and create displays that reflect the children's work and progress.

Requirements:

  • Early Years qualification (Level 3 or higher) in childcare.
  • Good communication skills, both with children and adults.
