About the Role: We are seeking a Senior Business Recovery Professional to join our team in the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing cases, understanding commercial aspects, providing progress reports, and leading team members. Job Description:

  • Business Recovery: Manage case delivery, progression, and closure, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of matters.
  • Commercial Insight: Understand commercial aspects of insolvent companies' businesses, including financial analysis and market trends.
  • Progress Updates: Provide regular progress updates to managers, highlighting key achievements and challenges.
  • Creditor Meetings: Prepare and attend creditors' meetings, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder management.
  • Asset Disposal: Manage asset disposal and realization, maximizing returns for clients and stakeholders.
  • Recommendations: Provide recommendations for sign-off by Insolvency Practitioner, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Client Support: Attend clients' sites to secure premises and assets, demonstrating professionalism and expertise.
  • Case Documentation: Maintain IPS case diaries and setup, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.

Requirements:

  • Education: Hold a finance and accounting degree or ACA/ACCA qualification.
  • Experience: Have a minimum of 4 years of corporate insolvency experience, including supervising junior team members.
  • Eligibility: Be eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship.

Salary and Benefits: The salary for this role is estimated to be around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. The company offers a range of benefits, including customized training programs, career development opportunities, and a supportive team environment.
