VANRATH is delighted to be supporting the recruitment of multiple Project Trainer's for a large public sector company. This is an urgent requirement that can provide the right candidate with an immediate start, with a leading salary of £27,055 in a hybrid working environment.

About Your Role

You would be responsible for supporting the implementation of a new ERP system and delivering training to groups of new users. This is an extensive training role out which requires an 8 week intense training period before you begin delivering training to end users.

The ideal candidate must hold a valid driving licence and have access to a car. This role has an intended start date and applicants should only apply if they can facilitate this.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the implementation of a new system
  • Teach new software programmes to end users
  • Assist with the development of new training materials and course content
  • Work closely with Training Managers on course content
  • Acknowledge and update training records
  • Administer end user proficiency assessment
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Hold a degree or relevant professional qualification
  • Experience working in a training environment or similar
  • Fantastic presentation skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel packages
  • Must have a driving licence
