Role Overview

Our client is seeking a motivated and skilled Property Litigation Solicitor to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in property law and a keen interest in litigation and dispute resolution. You will manage a variety of property-related disputes and provide outstanding legal advice and representation to their clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a Caseload of Property Disputes: Handle a range of property litigation matters, including disputes related to disposals and acquisitions of interests in land, lease renewals, and property management issues.
• Draft and Negotiate Legal Documents: Prepare legal documentation for property disputes, such as leases, licences to assign, alter or sublet, and other relevant agreements.
• Litigation and Dispute Resolution: Represent clients in court and alternative dispute resolution settings, including arbitration and mediation, to effectively resolve property disputes.
• Client Advisory: Provide strategic legal advice on property litigation matters to protect clients' interests and achieve their objectives.
• Legal Research and Analysis: Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case preparation and develop innovative solutions for complex property disputes.
• Minimum of 1-3 year post-qualification experience (PQE) in property litigation.
• Strong knowledge of property law, including commercial and residential property transactions, lease renewals, and property management.
• Proven experience managing a varied caseload of property disputes from inception to resolution.
• Strong advocacy skills with experience representing clients in court and alternative dispute resolution settings.
