Job Description
As a Project Controls Manager, you'll support the delivery of construction and manufacturing projects for a leading client in the Life Sciences sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Pre and post-contract duties including cost estimates, procurement, and contract administration.
- Completing feasibility studies and writing procurement reports.
- Estimating and cost planning, including producing and presenting the final cost plan.
- Tendering and procurement activity, including managing the pre-qualification stage.
- Interfacing with the client and other consultants at all project stages.
- Participating in cost risk analysis and value engineering.
Requirements
- Technical knowledge of Life Sciences, Pharma, Biotech, or related facility asset types.
- Good knowledge of all methods of construction and procurement.
- Experience with multiple estimating tools and applications.
- Strong experience with spreadsheets and databases.
- Collaborative approach with strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
