Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive strategies for AI adoption, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Lead a team of experts in assessing resource requirements, evaluating skills, and assigning members to projects based on their strengths and availability.
  • Collaborate closely with the Chief Digital Officer to build and grow the AI practice within our company.
  • Create workforce plans to address capacity gaps, including recruitment, training, or upskilling initiatives.
  • Evaluate and refine Guild standards and operating practices to ensure consistency and quality of delivery.


Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Strong background in workforce planning, with experience in analyzing capabilities and anticipating future skill needs.
  • Proven track record in resource allocation and capacity management, with the ability to assign members to projects effectively.
  • Excellent budgeting and resource planning skills, with the ability to manage resources and advocate for support.
  • Exceptional community building and engagement skills, with the ability to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Strong stakeholder relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Talent acquisition and development expertise, with the ability to lead recruitment efforts and develop training programs.
  • Performance management and career progression skills, with the ability to create career paths and growth opportunities.
  • High-level technical leadership and advocacy skills, with the ability to maintain technical expertise and act as a thought leader.

Salary Range: £80,000 - £110,000 per annum.
