About the Role

As an Aviation Maintenance Specialist at Matchtech, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our clients' aircraft. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance and repairs of aircraft and ground equipment
  • Navigation and interpretation of aircraft documentation
  • Aircraft modifications and light structural work
  • Compliance with organisational policies and procedures
  • Identifying and rectifying unsafe conditions
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK
  • A valid aircraft standards-based qualification or aircraft-related academic qualification/traineeship with 3 years experience
  • Current Human factor initial and refresher, EWIS, and SFAR 88 certificate
  • Knowledge of aeronautical regulations
  • Right to live and work in the United Kingdom
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal
  • Ability to complete security clearance
Working Conditions

This role will be based primarily in Oxfordshire, with occasional travel required. The typical working pattern will be 5 days on, 5 days off, with 4 days on one week, followed by 5 days off, then 4 days on the next week, followed by 5 days off again.
