  • Take responsibility for vehicles and materials in their charge.
  • Provide direction and supervision to less experienced operatives, as required.

Essential Skills:

  • Clean driving license.
  • Commitment to health and safety.
  • Good communication skills and basic literacy and numeracy.
  • Ability to undertake a high level of manual work and work outdoors in all weathers.
  • CSCS card.

Desirable Skills:

  • Highways experience.
  • HGV license.
  • New Roads and Street Works (NRSWA) accreditation.
  • Operative Accreditation Lantra 12d.

Rate of Pay:

£13.00 per hour, depending on experience. Benefits include accrued holiday pay, pension contributions, and weekly pay.
