The Friendly Toast is a unique restaurant with a passion for scratch-made food and exceptional customer service. We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and lead our team to success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily restaurant operations, including staff supervision and customer service
  • Hire, train, and schedule employees to ensure optimal team performance
  • Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Collaborate with the executive chef to develop and maintain a diverse menu
  • Provide a welcoming environment for guests and team members
  • Evaluate employee performance and implement performance improvement plans as needed
Requirements:
  • Experience in restaurant management, including hiring, training, and supervising employees
  • Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and fostering a positive workplace culture
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and experience managing inventory and ordering supplies
  • Passion for scratch-made food and commitment to providing an inclusive environment
