Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Leader to join our team as a Clinical Team Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a small clinical caseload, providing leadership and support to a committed team, and ensuring that individuals with a learning disability receive equitable healthcare.

About the Role:
  • Manage a small clinical caseload with regular visits to service users and their carers.
  • Provide leadership and support to a committed team.
  • Ensure that individuals with a learning disability receive equitable healthcare.

Requirements:
  • RNLD/Occupational Therapist/Speech and Language Therapist/Social Worker qualification.
  • Significant post-registration experience, including experience of working at senior level in Learning Disabilities.
  • Experience of working with service users with complex healthcare needs.

Benefits:
  • A competitive salary of £60,000 - £70,000 per annum.
  • 27 days leave plus bank holidays, increasing up to 33 days with long service.
  • Generous NHS pension and enhanced pay when working unsocial hours.
